Cancellations to bookings must be made at least 48 hours prior to the check in date and time or you will be charged the full amount of the first night.

As an International Backpackers, we require a Valid Passport upon Check-In. Check in time is 2pm. Arrivals prior to this time can access common facilities until the room is ready. Late check ins after 10pm need to contact us prior to their booking . No refund for early check outs. Special conditions apply for reservations between the 15th Dec to 15th Jan. Rates are subject to change due to active specials, peak/off peak seasons and special events. Please contact hostel for more information.
Checkout is 10am. Late check outs are not possible. If your key is not returned by 10am, we will charge a $25 late key fee so we can get a new one cut for the next check-in. Day use of the facilities after Check out (kitchen, internet, and bathrooms) applies. Luggage store is available for a set price. We will attempt to accommodate date-changes but cannot guarantee bed availability. Extensions are also subject to availability. If extensions require you to move beds a $10 cleaning fee will apply.
We are a non smoking facility. Smoking inside the building will result in a cancellation of your booking, No refund will be given. Smoking area is provided outside of the building. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any person deemed by our staff as being disruptive to other guests and or staff. Guests who are being disruptive will be asked to leave the premises. Any incidental damages caused during your stay will be charged to the credit card given at the time of the booking.
NOTE FOR BOOKINGS OVER CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR:
Minimum stay of 3 nights on 24th December, no check-ins or check-outs on 25th or 26th December.
Minimum stay of 2 nights on 31st December, no check-ins or check-outs on 1st January.
Any bookings made outside these terms will be cancelled immediately.
